April 20, 2013 - Boy and Girl get Married! YEAH!
April 2013 - July 2013 - Boy and Girl start TTC
July 2013 - Girl has annual exam with OBGYN and they discuss TTC. Girl has gut feeling something is wrong and Dr. orders day 3 blood work
Aug. 2013 - Girl diagnoised with elevanted FSH. Referred to RE by OBGYN - Boo!
Aug. 2013 - Oct. 2013 - Boy and Girl go through tons of blood tests, SA, u/s's, etc. Elevanted FSH is confirmed and RE recommends going straight to IVF as IUI would have a low success rate
Nov. 2013 - Girl starts supression meds for long lupron protocol
Dec. 2013 - IVF #1 Fresh Cycle - 8 eggs retrieved, 5 mature, only 1 fertilizes normally. Day 3 Transfer
Dec. 26th 2013 - Beta #1 is negative :(
Jan. 2014 - WTF meeting with RE: He lays out 3 options 1. Repeat protocol 2. More aggressive protocol with more drugs 3. Donor Eggs :(
Jan 2014 - Boy and Girl decide to move forward with more aggressive protocol for IVF Cycle #2 in Feb. 2014
Feb. 2014 - IVF #2 - 18 follicles, 12 eggs, 10 mature, 6 fertilized normally
2 x 7 cell (grade 2 and 3) 1 x 9 cell, 1 x 3 cell, 1 x 4 call, 1x 12 cell
The 3 and 4 cell embryos are behind and the 12 cell is ahead of where it should be. Three viable options for transfer and we transfer all three -BFP!
Beta #1 at 10dp3dt - 12. Postive, but very low
Beta #2 at 12 dp3dt - 59 - Still postive and number more than doubled
Beta #3 at 16dp3dt - 177 - didn't quadruple, but did increase within the normal "range"
Ultrasound #1 at 7 weeks 1 day - no heartbeat - miscarriage
The 12 cell makes it to blast on Day 5 and is frozen.
June 2014 - FET - IVF Cycle #3 begins
Lupron for supression and E2V (estrodel) IM injections for lining
Transfer 1 5-day blast
BFN
Aug. 2014 - IVF Cycle #4 - Fresh Cycle - 21 eggs retrieved, 16 mature, 14 fertilized, 11 day 3 embryos sent away for Genetic Testing. 5 of the 11 were normal and we transferred 1 and froze 2. The other two arrested.
Beta #1 at 8dp5dt - 9
Beta #2 at 10dp5dt - 5.2
Chemical Pregnancy
Oct. 2014 - Have hysteroscopy and Dr. removes two uterine fibroids. Also notices inflammation in my uterus and recommends a month of Lupron Depot to reduce inflammation
Nov. 2014 - F/U hysteroscopy 1 month post Lupon Depot. Uterus shows improvement but Dr. recommends another injection for an additional month of Lupron Depot.
Jan. 2015 - Cleared for FET. Dr. says uterus looks "really good". Back on Birth Control to prepare for March FET.
